Dr. Jillian Cepeda. DO

Dr. Jillian Cepeda is a Cuban-American native of South Florida, graduating from University of Miami with a Bachelors of Science and Florida Atlantic University with a Masters of Biomedical Science. She developed an interest in rheumatology during medical school at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Tennessee after noting the difficulties most patient’s face with arthritic conditions. She returned to South Florida to complete her Internal Medicine training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident. In 2017, she joined Advanced Rheumatology of South Florida after completing her fellowship at Stony Brook School of Medicine in New York, where she served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Cepeda also has completed research and has publications in her fields of interest, which include rheumatoid arthritis, giant cell arteritis and autoinflammatory diseases.
